Iron Ridge Park Caravan Sites

Iron Ridge Park's extra-long level sites, with gravel driveways and large concrete slabs, are designed for comfort, space and ease.

Our spotless modern amenities also include a well-equipped laundry.

There's a picnic area with tables, sink and herbs by the camp kitchen.

Campfires are permitted in solid fire pits provided on each site with firewood sold on site and delivered to your door!

Telstra coverage runs throughout the park.

Friendly pets are welcome on lead and are to be cleaned up after. We also provide them with an off lead area.

Standard Rates

Effective from 1st July 2025

  • $45.00 per site for single night bookings for 1 - 2 people
  • $42.00 per site per night (2 - 6 night bookings) for 1 - 2 people
  • $15.00 per night for additional person
  • $250.00 Weekly rate for 1-2 people

*NB: We do not have any playgrounds or childrens' entertainment areas/facilities.

  • All sites include power & water, most are drive through with a concrete slab
  • Firewood may either be collected from around the grounds or purchased from the office
  • Check In times are 11.30am - 4.30pm

Please note:

  • All sites have power outlets (no unpowered sites) and there are no designated tent sites
  • No camp kitchen facilities are provided (BYO kitchen!)
  • There is no facility to dump your black water at Iron Ridge Park.
  • Please ensure your 'black water' tanks are empty when you arrive
  • The nearest Council Dump Point is located in Crescent Street, Childers in the RV Friendly car park behind the Post Office

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please give us at least 7 days notice. We can refund your deposit (less a $4.00 processing fee) to a bank account.

Cancellations with less than 7 days notice do not qualify for a refund.

OFFICE
As required 7.30am - 5.00pm

ARRIVALS
Check in 11.30am and 5.00pm

DEPARTURES
Check out is 10.00am

CONDUCT
Noise that may disturb other guests is not permitted at any time reasonable behavior and dress is required at all times.

VEHICLES
Please keep vehicles off the grass . Keep all vehicles on gravel driveways @ all times.
Speed Limit is 10kph

PETS
Well behaved pets are OK, but must be restrained & cleaned up after. Pets are NOT allowed in amenities area or camp kitchen area.

VISITORS
Must call at the office before entering the park. Guests are responsible for them and any charges they incur.

DUMP POINT
The nearest dump point is in crescent Street Childers, behind the post office.

SULLAGE
This park has an aerated wastewater treatment system. To protect the environment and the natural bacteria used by the system. DO NOT allow the following products into our sewerage system. Porta potty or cassette toilet contents, bleach, chlorine, napisan, formaldehyde, disenfectants, anti-bacterial products, caustics, heavy chemical products, fat, oil or milk. We ask that you use the supplied environmentally friendly product and if in doubt please ask us.

CAMP FIRES
You are responsible for the safety around your fire. Only light fires in fire pots provided. DO NOT light when there is a fire ban or if it is very windy and ensure fire is out after use.

We ask for your co-operation so that your stay and the stay of other guests can be happy, safe and enjoyable one.

(Not observing these requests may result in dismissal from the park).
